Benjamin R. Field (1828-1903) and Margaret Anne Gillispie (1832-1899) were married on 19 February 1880 in Gibson County, Indiana. Benjamin was a son of Abraham Field (1793-1870) and Grace Rainey (1797-1863) of Gibson County, Indiana. Margaret was a daughter of Abraham Gillespie (1778-). Margaret died in 1899 at the age of 66. After her death Benjamin had one more wife. Benjamin and Margaret did not have any children that we know of.
