Benjamin R. Field (1828-1903) and Martha E. Vaught Schull (1848-1815) were married on 14 August 1899 in Gibson County, Indiana. Benjamin was a son of Abraham Field (1793-1870) and Grace Rainey (1797-1863) of Gibson County. Margaret was a daughter of Thomas Foster Vaught (1826-) and Amanda Howerton (1828-1871). Martha outlived Benjamin who died in 1903, and married her fifth husband, William P. S. Walton on 1 December 1904.
