 Keen Field (1817 - 1906) was born in Gibson County, Indiana. Most of his life was spent there as a farmer. When he retired he moved to Shelbyville, Illinois. This home was at 321 Third St. All his children were born in Gibson County, Indiana. His youngest son was born in Gibson County, in 1864 and Keen then appears on the 1870 Census in Shelbyville. He probably moved there between 1864 and 1870. The three siblings, Keen, Benjamin and Cynthia Field lived on the same block in Shelbyville. |
