RICHLAND LAD DIES Martin Krile, the 13-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Krile and nephew of J. F. Ulmer of this city, died at the family home, four miles southwest of Strasburg, Monday evening, after a year's illness from dropsy and heart trouble, following an attack of rheumatism. The boy is survived by his parnets, a sister and brother. The sister is Ruth Krile, and the brother is Louie Krile, both living at home. The funeral will be held from Grace Lutheran Church at Stasburg this Wednesday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Ulmer and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. B. W. Kerr, Rosette and Carrie Ulmer, and other friends from this vicinity will attend the services. We we do not know how Martin Krile relates to our family. Two Field sisters married two Krile brothers. Matilda Lovella Field married Charles Louis Krile and Bessie W. Field married Edward Krile. These sisters were the children of Henry Clinton Field and Minerva Peterson. Matilda and Charles Krile had four children, Elmer, Emma, Frederick and Gerturde. Bessie and Edward had no children. Bessie had two children, Harold and Ivan with her first Husband William E. Kull. The parents of Charles and Edward were Frederick Krile and Caroline Kull. Matilda and Bessie had a baby sister, Ruth, who died in infancy. Possibly the sister of Martin, Ruth, could have been named for the Ruth who died. Another possible connection is that Martin's brother Louie, could have been named after Charles Louis Krile. If anyone knows how these people are related we would appreiate knowing this information. The Shelbyville Democrat, 15 December 1910
